Pre-Marital Coaching
Preeti Coaches individuals to understand themselves their partners and what marriage is all about. She has a 6 week pre-marital coaching program all ” Happy Beginning “, where she prepare the boys, girls and family.
Post-Marital Coaching
Issues that arise after the marriage between couples or their family. Her belief is that healthy relationships come from 3 A’s Acceptance, Appreciation, Affection and establishing healthy boundaries while recognizing and respecting boundaries of others.
In-Law Coaching
Preeti not only coaches the girl and the boys but also the important family members (Both Side) to ensure better acceptance and assimilation into the family. In her Relationship Coaching she helps build, sustain, and repair all kinds of relationships.
Who is it for?
For couples struggling in their marriage (Post-marital coaching ) and youngsters who are in relationships but are unable to decide whether this person is right for them for marriage ( Pre-Marital Coaching). Group Coaching and Mentoring
The group coaching aims at team building for corporates and institutions. The ENABLEance Coaching Process
- Creates a relationship of trust between the coach and the coachee, allowing the latter to gain more self- insight and awareness of their own needs and aspirations.
- At the completion of each coaching session, co-creates specified action steps.
- Places the responsibility for development on the coachee so that change is sustainable.
- Unleash the potential in the coachee and brings clarity and courage in the coachee to enhance the overall impact.
- Duration between a coaching session lies with discretion of the coachee. Mostly duration ranges from a week to two weeks.
How does it work ?
1. Discovery Session
- Debriefing the Psychometric Assessment if already done- to increase self-awareness & understand one’s own Personality – strengths, values and possible derailers.
- Building trust between coach and coachee.
- Set mutually clear and acceptable goals.
- Identifying 2-3 coaching objectives for the journey, as prioritised by the coachee.
2. Coaching Sessions
- 60-90 minutes conversations, objectives explored in detail
- Use of Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, NLP, EFT and CBT as the tools and techniques in coaching session.
3. Mid - Point Review
- After completion of 3-6 coaching sessions, the coachee can review progress made, via self reflection and informal feedback from few trusted stakeholders.
- Objectives can be realigned, if required.
4. Coaching Sessions Continued..
- Insights from Mid-Point Review & Working on Coaching Objectives 2/3
5. Final Session
- Coaching journey ends with self-evaluation, tracked process, and commitment to continuing actions.
